Greenville County Schools will host a transportation-focused job fair on Tuesday, June 9, from 9 a.m. to noon, at Bonds Career Center (505 N. Main Street, Greer) for individuals interested in becoming bus drivers or bus aides.
Both positions offer competitive pay, and those rates are increasing effective July 1, 2026:Â
• Bus Drivers: $23.41–$25.90 per hour (currently $22.56–$24.96)
• Bus Aides: $17.15–$18.86 per hour (currently $16.53–$18.17)
Hiring managers will be on hand to speak with applicants, as well as answer questions. Employees who work 30 hours or more per week qualify for health and dental benefits, sick leave, free life insurance and more.
