Blue Ridge High School’s Klynn Leamon is the GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week, presented by GreerNews.com.
Voting opened Monday and remained open until 7 p.m on Wednesday. Voters were able to cast a ballot once per day during the campaign.
Leamon had a .549 hitting percentage in a 3-2 region win over Christ Church last week.
The GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week is a weekly initiative that will run 32 weeks during the 2026-2027 school year. Athletes from Greer, Byrnes, Riverside, Eastside, Greer Middle College, and Blue Ridge are eligible.
