The Greenville County Coroner’s Office, in partnership with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, is investigating the death of 30-year-old Dymond Juanita Abercrombie of Greenville.
On August 28, at approximately 9:55 p.m., Abercrombie was struck by a vehicle while walking on Taylors Road, according to the Greenville County Coroner’s Office. She was transported from the scene to Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she later passed away from her injuries.
Abercrombie was pronounced deceased on August 31 at 4:49 p.m. The cause of death to be blunt force trauma. The manner of death has been ruled an accident.
