The City of Greer Fire Department is mourning the death of Lieutenant Taylor Graham, a dedicated firefighter, leader and public servant.
Throughout the department, Lt. Graham was known for his professionalism, strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to both his fellow firefighters and the community he served. As a lieutenant, he led with integrity and compassion, mentoring younger firefighters and setting a standard of excellence within the department.
Though Taylor faced a courageous battle with cancer in recent years, those who worked with him say he maintained his strength and grace, inspiring all around him.
“Lieutenant Graham embodied the very best of the fire service,” said Fire Chief Dorian Flowers. “His dedication, courage and leadership made a lasting impact on our department and our community. He will be greatly missed by his brothers and sisters in the fire service.”
