The Greer Fire Department is welcoming a new face to its force.
Jason Lee has joined the Greer community as its Fire Marshal, having started in the role on Sept. 8. According to Department officials, he comes to the position with more than two decades of experience in fire service.
“As our city continues to grow, the Fire Marshal is a key position in keeping our community safe,” said Joshua Holzheimer, Deputy Fire Chief. “Jason brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to the role, and we’re looking forward to having him on the team.”
Before becoming Greer’s Fire Marshal, Lee most recently served as a Senior Fire Inspector with Bluffton Township Fire District.
