Carole Ann Littlefield Tate, 91, wife of the late Foyd Wayne Tate, passed away June 4, 2026.
A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late John Littlefield and Ada Hunter Nelson, she was a retired social worker for the Greenville County School District and was a member of Taylors First Baptist Church.
Surviving are two grandchildren, Brooke Ann Culp and Kinlea Hunter Rogers; three great-grandchildren, Kamdyn Hoffman, Malik Rogers and Malakai Rogers and a daughter-in-law, Jean Tate.
She was predeceased by her children, Cynthia Tate and Chip Tate.
A funeral service will be held at noon June 12 at Taylors First Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Jerry Long. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
A visitation will be held from 10:30 until 11:45 a.m. June 12 at Taylors First Baptist Church.
