Maria Ines Rodriguez De Mora, passed away October 13, 2026.
Born in Santa Ana, Tachira, Venezuela, she was a daughter of the late Jesus Rodriguez and Barbara Eslava.
Maria Ines, a determined and entrepreneurial Gods daughter, committed to achieving her goals, respectful and kind, was part of the Leopoldo Yanes Fe y Alegria school. She started as a member of the parents' association, where she became president. Tireless and a fighter, she began working in the 80s as a secretary. She studied education, graduated as a teacher, started as a preschool teacher, then 6th grade, and finally as Internship Coordinator. She retired in 2018, after almost 33 years of work being part of this institution that she loved and represented with respect and admiration, along with the Congregation of the Slavic Sisters of the Divine Heart, for whom she was very appreciated and valued, and from whom she received much support throughout her life.
More than just coworkers, she formed a large family whose friends remember her with great love today.
Surviving are her husband, Angel Maria Mora Moreno; children, Miguel Mora (Liset Suarez), Angelica St. Pierre (Eric St. Pierre), and Marcelo Mora (Jessica Velez); grandchildren, Emmanuel (Alexandria) Maria, Leidy, Camila, Leah and Marcela; great-grandchildren, Marisol, Mathias and Daisy; siblings, Gustavo (Raiza), Cecilia, Jose (Esperanza), Doris (Luis), and Iris; sister-in-law, Carlota; brother-in-law, Hector; fifty-seven nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Jose, Victoria, and Willmer and brother-in-law, Pedro.
Lord, you planted the seed in her, and it bore fruit of love, companionship, and solidarity, as a mother, wife, humanitarian, and servant, always willing and open to help those in need.
She is now in the arms of our loving Father, enjoying His kingdom.
May she rest in peace.
