Jacob Lance, an inmate at the South Carolina Department of Corrections, and Abbygale El-Dier have been sentenced to 43 and 50 years respectively for committing criminal sexual conduct with a minor. The pair used contraband cell phones to sexually assault a three-year-old minor victim, and shared the acts with each other in real time. The case was part of "Operation Clean Sweep," an investigation into the Lee Correctional Institution, which also involved allegations of public corruption.
