An unidentified adult male was shot and killed in the early hours of Saturday morning in Greer, South Carolina. The victim was found by police officers responding to a 911 call reporting a gunshot in the area of 308 Trade Street. The Greenville County Coroner's Office is investigating the incident as a homicide in conjunction with the Greer City Police Department. The victim's name will be released following proper notification of next of kin.
