Dr. Ashley Williams, the current Principal of Beech Springs Middle School, has been appointed as the new Coordinator of Mentoring and Induction for Spartanburg District Five. In her new role, Williams will support new teachers through coaching, professional learning, and programs designed to strengthen teacher success and retention. She has a deep personal connection to the district, having attended Byrnes High School and having her own daughter as a student in the district. Williams will officially begin her new role on July 1.
