Brian Quenton Lowe, a 43-year-old white male from Greer, South Carolina, was struck and killed by a vehicle on Woodruff Road at Interstate 385. The incident occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. and he was pronounced deceased at the scene at 5:08 p.m. The Greenville County Coroner's Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol are investigating the incident.
