Voting opens Monday at noon for the GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week, presented by D&D Motors.
Voting will remain open until noon on Wednesday, April 1. Voters can cast a ballot once per day during the campaign.

Nominees for the week of March 23-29 are:
Jay Watson, Eastside boys lacrosse
Watson had 14 saves in a huge region win for the Eagles, as Eastside took down top-10 Byrnes 6-5 in overtime.
Dawson Szabo, Blue Ridge boys golf
Szabo earned All-Tournament honors at the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jacket Invitational, shooting a -3 (69) as Blue Ridge finished third against teams from all classifications.
Addie Durrah, Byrnes softball
In two big wins for Byrnes in region play this week, Durrah was the standout. The eighth-grader went 7-8 at the plate with two home runs, 10 total RBIs and seven runs. She also threw 1.2 innings and collected four strikeouts vs. Spartanburg while allowing no hits.
Nathan Purica, Riverside tennis
In a win vs. Spartanburg between arguably the two best teams in 5-A Region 2, Purica rallied late while down to his last set, earning the match victory and giving his Warriors a 4-2 win over the Vikings.
