Voting opened Monday at 5 p.m. for the GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week, presented by D&D Motors.
Voting will remain open until 5pm on Wednesday, March 25. Voters can cast a ballot once per day during the campaign.

Garrison Aiken, Byrnes softball
In two region wins last week, the eighth-grade shortstop went 3-5 with six RBIs and three runs as the Lady Rebels improved to 7-3 on the year.
Boston Arnold, Greer baseball
Arnold tossed a complete game in a 6-1 win over Daniel, going seven innings allowing just five hits and one run as Greer swept the Lions to open region play with a 4-0 record.
Addison Long, Riverside girls lacrosse
Over spring break in wins against Pinewood Prep and Philip Simmons, the senior accounted for two goals, three assists, four groundballs and one caused turnover as Riverside improved to 7-1 on the season.
The GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week will be a weekly initiative that will run 32 weeks during the 2025-2026 school year.
