Through a generous funding commitment from Phil Hughes and Hughes Investments, Inc., Ten at the Top’s Elevate Upstate grants are designed to bring communities together by supporting tangible, physical art installations – such as public murals and sculptures – as well as the launch of new, recurring local events, programs and festivals.
Applications are open to eligible neighborhood associations, civic groups, non-profits, or local governments operating within the ten-county Upstate South Carolina region.
The full grant application and required documents are due by Sept. 11 and must be emailed to info@tenatthetop.org.
Finalists will be notified and submit a PowerPoint presentation by Nov. 4 and attend the annual Celebration Successes event on Nov. 18.
