One person is dead after a single vehicle crash on Hwy. 101 at Old Woodruff Road, according to SC Highway Patrol (SCHP) Master Trooper Hannah Davidson. The incident occurred on Sunday morning around 2:40am.
According to Davidson, a 2009 Lexus sedan was traveling south on Hwy. 101, when they ran off the left side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.
Davidson said the driver died at the scene. The Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as 42-year-old Le’moriell Williams of Duncan.
This crash is under investigation by the SCHP.
