The Greer Arts & Eats Festival has been postponed to Saturday, Oct. 24.
The festival, hosted yearly by the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, was originally set for this Saturday. Event organizers say the postponement is due to the risk of lightning and heavy rain this weekend.
“Your safety is our top priority, and we look forward to celebrating with you on a much prettier day in downtown Greer,” read the social media announcement.
The Greer Arts & Eats Festival will be held in downtown Greer on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more information and updates, visit the festival’s social media page.
