Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) has once again been recognized among the best airports in North America, earning five honors in the Airport Council International Airport Service Quality awards. The recognition reflects GSP’s continued focus on delivering a convenient, welcoming and efficient passenger experience.

For 2025, GSP received the following awards:

• Best Airport Serving 2 to 5 Million Passengers in North America

• Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in North America

• Easiest Airport Journey in North America

• Most Enjoyable Airport in North America

• Cleanest Airport in North America

The Airport Service Quality program is the world’s leading airport customer experience measurement and benchmarking program. The ASQ Departures survey measures passenger satisfaction from the time travelers arrive on the airport campus through departure. Awards are based entirely on direct passenger feedback, making them among the most meaningful recognitions in the aviation industry.

GSP President and CEO Kevin Howell said the awards reflect a shared commitment across the entire airport community.
