The South Carolina Department of Transportation will close and detour Gary Armstrong Road in Spartanburg County beginning January 28, weather depending, as part of an ongoing roundabout project.
The road is expected to reopen on March 13, depending on weather conditions.
As part of this closure a detour route has been set up. A map of the detour can be found here.
SCDOT asks that drivers slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when driving through the area.
