Michael “Mike” McGregor, 71, passed on September 18, 2026 at his home; son of late Billy Leon McGregor and Billie Godfrey McGregor; he was an auto salesman at Benson Automotive; he enjoyed music and played at many locations locally, he enjoyed golf and was an avid Carolina Gamecocks fan, Mike had a heart of gold, always giving of himself to others. He was funny, always making people laugh. He never said goodbye without telling you that he loved you.
Surviving are his wife, Judy Robertson McGregor; two daughters, Bailey C. Adams (Andrew) of Lyman, South Carolina, and Megan J. Adams of Greer, South Carolina; brother, Steve McGregor (Mari) of Pelzer, South Carolina; one grandchild, Odin Matthew Locklair.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at Praise Cathedral.
Visitation will be held after memorial service at Praise Cathedral.
