Peggy Jean Crittenden

Mrs. Peggy Jean Crittenden, wife of the late Robert H. Crittenden, Jr., daughter of the late Claud and Thelma Bernice Tolliver, passed Saturday, May 2, 2026.

Mrs. Peggy was a former member of Community Holiness Church in Philadelphia, PA.  As a member, she enjoyed teaching Sunday School and playing the piano.  Her later years in life moved her to Greenville, SC.  She attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories, include her children, Kia (Chris) Crittenden-Ward, Michael Crittenden and Kenneth Ford all of Philadelphia, PA; her grandchildren, Mya Crittenden and Omar Concepcion both of Philadelphia, PA; Sharif Hill of PA and Kyle (Karis) Boyer of Chester Springs, PA; her siblings, Evelyn Moore of Owings Mill, PA, Rosalind Eddy of Kingsland, FL and Bernard (Cruz) Tolliver of Allentown, PA; her sister-in-law Jewel Ford; along with a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m. May 16 at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.  Her viewing will take place at the church beginning at 10 a.m. prior to service.
