A new entertainment venue is set to come to the Upstate, with construction beginning in June 2026 and an early 2027 opening.
PAR Greenville will be an elevated social gathering space next to the intersection of Butler Road and I-385 in Mauldin. Located just one exit away from Bridgeway Station, the project is a collaboration with the City of Mauldin and First Bank.
The venue is expected to feature two 18-hole outdoor mini-golf courses and state-of-the-art indoor golf simulators. The outdoor area will feature a spacious courtyard with fire pits and large-format 25-foot screens for sports, entertainment and special events. The 12,000-square-foot venue will also include an elevated restaurant and full-service bar, delivering a chef-driven menu alongside craft cocktails and local brews.
“PAR Greenville is about creating an experience that brings people together, whether with family, coworkers, date night or just an evening out to enjoy time in the beautiful Greenville weather,” said the development team. “We’re combining the nostalgia of mini golf with a modern, elevated environment that reflects the energy and growth of Greenville.”
More details, including construction timelines and opening announcements, will be released as the project progresses. Guests can learn more and stay up to date by visiting Par-Greenville.com or by following PAR Greenville on social media, including Facebook and Instagram.
