7 Brew of Greer, a new drive-through coffee stand, donated $1,000 to United Way of the Piedmont during its official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The stand, which replaced Long John Silver’s on Wade Hampton, brought 50 new jobs to the area. Piedmont Beverage Company’s CEO Mark Robinson says the donation supports the mission behind 7 Brew: speed, quality and kindness. The stand's opening week has been busy, and the team will host "Swag Day" this Saturday, offering a free 7 Brew T-shirt with the purchase of a large drink. The team is still actively hiring part-time workers in the area.
