Capri's Italian Restaurant, a popular Italian restaurant chain in Upstate, is set to open its fifth location in Greer, replacing the former Tipsy Taco on Wade Hampton Boulevard. The new restaurant will open for dinner on February 19 at 4 p.m., and is currently hiring for the Greer location. Capri's has existing locations in Greenville, Easley, Boiling Springs, and Woodruff Road.

The Tipsy Taco Greer location closed its doors at the end of 2025. The space will soon be occupied by Capri’s Italian Cuisine. The restaurant has several Upstate locations and will begin operating in February of this year.
