Chicken Salad Chick, an Alabama-founded chain, opened its new Duncan location on Tuesday, April 7, with a week of opening celebrations. The first 100 guests received free chicken salad, and many others took advantage of deals throughout the week. The restaurant also raised funds for the American Cancer Society of South Carolina as part of pre-opening events. The opening festivities will continue on Saturday, April 11, with a commemorative cup given to the first 50 guests to order an entree with two sides.
