William Brothers has been appointed Chief Academic Advisor of Spartanburg Community College, according to an Oct. 13 release from the college. Brothers brings more than 15 years of higher education leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Dean for the School of Engineering Technology and Professional Studies at Greenville Technical College.
