A longtime downtown favorite has reopened as 304 Grill following the closure of Ollie’s Tavern earlier this year. Owner Gradie Cartlidge says the rebrand focuses on creating a more relaxed, food-centered atmosphere while keeping the familiar menu, staff and live entertainment customers enjoyed before. The restaurant continues to host live music and weekly specials as it begins its next chapter.
