Ryan F. McCarty, a partner at KD Trial Lawyers, has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a national organization that recognizes the most accomplished trial lawyers and judges for excellence in advocacy and professionalism. Membership in ABOTA is reserved for attorneys with significant civil jury trial experience and a demonstrated reputation for integrity. McCarty represents clients in personal injury and property litigation, including auto, motorcycle and truck accidents, premises liability, eminent domain and land use disputes. He was appointed by Governor Henry D. McMaster to the Spartanburg County Commission for Higher Education in 2018.
