The South Carolina Football Hall of Fame (SCFHOF) has opened a nomination form for the Class of 2026, inviting football fans to submit the names of excellent South Carolina-based players and coaches for consideration for the official nomination ballot.
Fans may submit nominations through the Nomination Form until August 16, 2026. Each nomination will be reviewed by the SCFHOF Enshrinement Committee in accordance with eligibility rules, career accomplishments, and the nominee’s impact on the State of South Carolina and the overall football community.
Accepted nominees will be included in the official Class of 2026 nomination ballot for the first-round voting period, which will begin later this fall at scfootballhof.org. During first-round voting, SCFHOF supporting members, football fans, and media outlets may vote for up to four modern-era nominees and one legacy nominee from the ballot or through a write-in option.
A final round of voting will follow, featuring the top names from the nomination round. The Class of 2026 will be enshrined during the SCFHOF’s 14th Annual Enshrinement Ceremony on April 15, 2027, at Hotel Hartness in Greenville, South Carolina.
