Greenville Water recently released its 2025 Water Quality Report, also known as the Consumer Confidence Report (CCR). This annual report provides customers with important information about the quality, safety and reliability of their drinking water, as well as details on source water protection, treatment processes and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Greenville Water reports that, once again, the drinking water meets and exceeds all regulatory standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES).

The report is available online at www.greenvillewater.com/documents/CCR-2025.pdf and printed copies may be requested by calling 864-241-6000 or visiting Greenville Water at 407 W Broad St. Greenville, SC 29601.

“Every number in this report reflects the daily work of our teams to protect public health and deliver high-quality drinking water,” Jeff Phillips, chief operations officer at Greenville Water said. “The Consumer Confidence Report is an important way we share that work with the community and reinforce the trust our customers place in us.”

The CCR is an essential tool for educating the public about the origins of their water and the rigorous testing it undergoes throughout the year. Greenville Water encourages all customers to read the report and learn more about how their water is sourced, treated, and delivered to their homes. Engaged and informed customers play a vital role in preserving water quality for future generations.
