Voting opens Monday at 5pm for the GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week, presented by D&D Motors.
Voting will remain open until 5pm on Wednesday, April 22. Voters can cast a ballot once per day during the campaign.

Andrew Brandt, Eastside baseball
The Eastside junior went 8-10 with two homers, 11 RBIs, and four runs in a three-win week for the Eagles.
Cameron Howell, Byrnes boys lacrosse
Howell was dominant in net for the Rebels in two huge wins over the weekend. The senior shot-stopper had 12 saves in a win against Boiling Springs and 11 saves vs. AC Flora.
Roper Pittman, Blue Ridge baseball
Pittman tossed a complete game in Blue Ridge's 9-3 win over Greer on Friday night, walking no one and striking out 10.
Isael Ignacio, Greer boys soccer
Ignacio scored two goals in Greer's 3-0 win over Travelers Rest on Tuesday, and he added three more goals and two assists to that tally in a Friday night win over Pickens.
The GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week will be a weekly initiative that will run 32 weeks during the 2025-2026 school year.
