Dunlap Media Group and two of its markets brought home four South Carolina Press Association (SCPA) awards on Friday at the SCPA Annual Meeting & Awards in Columbia.
The company’s Laurens outlet, GoLaurens.com, was first invited to join the SCPA in May of 2024, after nearly 17 years of lobbying. For the second consecutive year, the outlet has brought home an award.
GoFountainInn.com, Dunlap Media Group’s second-newest outlet, was eligible to compete for the first time this awards cycle. The outlet took home three awards in its debut year.

- “Fury buzzer beaters sink Raiders” by John Clayton — Third Place Spot Sports Story, Division D
