Unofficial results for the Greer City Council election have been announced, showing Karuiam Booker taking District Two, Charles Lander taking District Four and Paul Lamb taking District Six.
The results began rolling in at around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, following the Nov. 4 General Election. Provided results are certified as is, incumbent Booker takes District Two over opponent Tahitsha Pearson, taking 50.32% of the vote. The narrow lead was a difference of five votes.
Lander is currently projected to win District Four over incumbent Lee Dumas, according to unofficial results. Provided results are certified as is, Lander takes the election with 63.7% of the vote.
District Six was another narrow race, but if the results are certified as is, Paul Lamb will take the seat over incumbent Judy Albert. At the time of reporting, Lamb holds 52.74% of the vote, with a difference of 28 votes.
