The Greer City Council voted unanimously to approve a second early release package for the construction of the Sports and Events Center at Monday night’s meeting.
Harper General Contractors, the project’s builder, provided the city with the package, which costs $19,078,636. The cost will be covered by the Corporation for Greer Fund.
