A new restaurant option recently opened in Lyman, bringing traditional European flavors to downtown.
Sowa European Restaurant opened at 102 N. Lawrence St. on Tuesday. The restaurant sells a variety of dishes, including crepes, European-inspired soups and dumplings, salads, grilled meats, seafood and traditional sides.
Sowa is the first business to occupy the Lawrence Street storefront since the property was sold in 2022. Previously, the space served as the office for a local real estate brokerage.
Sowa is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant also offers a coffee bar with specialty coffees, smoothies, milkshakes and desserts.
