The Town of Lyman’s Summer Movie Series is currently underway, inviting residents out for family-friendly nights of entertainment.
The Summer Movie Series is a free event series held each summer at the Lyman Amphitheater (140 Community St.). All movies are family-friendly and begin at dark, with light refreshments and popcorn provided at no cost.
“The Summer Movie Series is one of the Town’s favorite community events,” said Noel Blackwell, town administrator. “It gives families an opportunity to spend time together, enjoy our parks and connect with neighbors in a fun and relaxed setting.”
The Town kicked off the series earlier this month with the movie “Dog Man.” This Thursday’s film will be “Moana 2.” Local Hawaiian food stand The Musubi Ladies will be on site, offering a more filling option for attendees and complementing the evening’s island-themed movie.
Here’s a look at the full 2026 Summer Movie Series schedule:
*All movies begin at dusk, around 8:30 p.m. Amphitheater seating is available, or attendees can bring lawn chairs and blankets.
