A Belton woman was arrested by the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday following reports from shoppers at her boutique.

The department says it received two separate reports from different victims regarding Thomas and Turner Boutique in Belton, owned by Pamela Booke Schronce. In both cases, the victims reported making purchases for which they never received the merchandise or a refund.

Following an investigation into these incidents, the department issued two arrest warrants for Obtaining Property Under False Pretenses for Schronce. She was booked into the Spartanburg County Detention Facility on Feb. 5, and has since been released after posting bond.

The Sheriff’s Office says that they are aware of similar cases involving this boutique that are currently under investigation throughout the Upstate. Anyone who believes they may be a victim of a similar offense is encouraged to contact their local law enforcement agency.

This is not the first time Schronce has been arrested on charges related to her business, with records showing two other bookings. The Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office arrested her on Dec. 31, 2025, and the Easley Police Department arrested her on Jan. 7, 2026.
