Betty Louise Human Trammell, 81, passed away August 18, 2026.
A native of Greenville County, South Carolina, daughter of the late Geneva Lockaby Human, she was a retired employee of Precision Technologies and of the Baptist faith.
Betty was an exceptional maternal figure and an outstanding individual. She exemplified the best traits that characterized her: selfless, affection, steadfast resilience and generosity that was evident in her nurturing of family and friends. Those closest to her will recall her as a strong and brave person, entirely dedicated to her children, Eddie and Sherri, and in her later years, to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are a son, George Edward “Eddie” Trammell, III (Karen) of Greer; a daughter, Sherri T. Nasim (Mark) of Greenville; two grandchildren, Kaleigh Trammell Whims (Tyler) and Victoria Louise Nasim; and two great-grandchildren, William Whims and Madelyn Kate Whims.
She was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Aug. 25 at Woodlawn Memorial Park conducted by Dr. Michael Gray.
