Scotty Jimmy Boyter, 60, passed away July 25, 2026.
A native of Spartanburg County, South Carolina, he was a son of Syliva Center Boyter of Duncan and the late Jimmy Hilton Boyter.
Also surviving are three sons, Bradly Boyter (Alana) of Whitmire, Jacob Boyter and James Boyter both of Duncan; a daughter, Tiffany Boyter of Prosperity; a brother, Ricky Boyter (Debra) of Duncan; and three grandchildren, River Boyter, Michael Christian Yarbrough, and Cirilla Serinity Hill.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. July 30 at The Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Dewayne Pruitt with webcasting available at www.thewoodmortuary.com.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:45 p.m. July 30 at The Wood Mortuary.
