Susan Frady Shockley, 83, passed away August 15, 2026.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, daughter of the late Pink Garlan Frady, Sr., and Hattie Bess Peace Frady, she was a homemaker and a member of Blue Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are her husband, Richard Grogan Shockley of the home; a son, Richie Shockley (Cynthia) of Taylors; a daughter, Gina Shockley Schoenholz (Edward III) OF Greer; a brother, Pink G. Frady, Jr. (Joye) of Taylors; five grandchildren, Lauren Shockley, Carleigh Shockley, E.J. Schoenholz, IV (Alexa), Kristian Shockley, and Ethan Schoenholz; and two great-grandchildren, Rylee Schoenholz and Edward John Schoenholz, V.
Graveside services will be held at noon Aug. 22 at Taylors First Baptist Church conducted by Chaplain Deon Louw.
Visitation will be held after the service at the gravesite.
The family will be at their respective homes.
