Greer has revealed its Greer 150 branding for its sesquicentennial year, which features a logo created by local designer Scott Prather. The logo is inspired by historical murals and features a hand-drawn illustration of City Hall. The logo is intended to honor the town's past while looking to its future, and can be seen on merchandise available at the Greer Heritage Museum and online.

The city of Greer is seeking submissions for a branding package to celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2026. The winning design will be used in marketing materials, signage, merchandise, public art and digital platforms throughout the anniversary year. Interested designers should submit their applications to the Greer Cultural Arts Council before Sept. 5. The final selected designer will receive a design contract of $4,000.
