Karen Ann Smith Clark, 82, wife of the late Carl Joseph Clark, passed away June 21, 2026.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late John Miller, Jr. and Dorothy Brehm Smith, she was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Anderson, South Carolina.
Surviving are a daughter, Dawn Burgess (Chris) of Greer, South Carolina; a son, Joseph Clark of Anderson, South Carolina; two brothers, Kent Smith (Karen) of New Mexico and Scott Smith of Greenville, South Carolina; a sister, Cynthia Gorrin of Simpsonville, South Carolina; four grandchildren, Lauren Neese (Adrian), Rebecca Yarlett (Devin), Adam Burgess (Isabella), and Anna Burgess; and three great-grandchildren, Clark Neese, William Yarlett, and Amelia Yarlett.
She was predeceased by her stepfather, Adam Smith.
The funeral service will be private.
