In Memory of Kaylee Alyssa Ferguson
Some people leave this world quietly. Others leave pieces of themselves behind in everyone who loved them. Kaylee was one of those people.
She was young, but she made an impact on those who knew her. She felt things deeply, the good and the bad. She could be funny, stubborn, sweet, complicated and determined sometimes all in the same conversation .
Kaylee was so much more than any one title could say. She was a daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt and friend, and someone who was still figuring herself out and finding her place in the world.
She carried more inside than a lot of people ever knew. Her life included struggles that were hard to talk about and battles that couldn't be seen. But those struggles weren’t all of Kaylee. Her story was also full of laughter, love, everyday moments, inside jokes, conversations, dreams, and all the little things that made her uniquely Kaylee.
And she was loved.
She was loved on the easy days and the unbelievably hard ones. She was loved through every version of herself.
Her life was too short, but it wasn’t meaningless.
She mattered.
She was known.
She was loved beyond words.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Aug. 29 at Newspring Church; 399 Peachwood Center Drive Spartanburg, SC 29301.
