Roger Lane Rollins, 79, passed away August 28, 2026.
A native of Greenville County, a son of the late Furman Christopher and Lona Bertha Coleman Rollins, he was a retired employee of Exide Battery, and a loving and supportive father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He loved his church and church family at His Vineyard, where he was a member.
Surviving are his son, Chris Rollins (Debbie) of Taylors; a daughter, Jennifer Oliver (Shane) of Greer; three grandchildren, Courtney Tucker, Chase Tucker, and Gracie Rothrock (Justin), and three great-grandchildren, August Tucker, Kennedy Tucker, and Benton Bo Rothrock.
He was predeceased by a brother, Randy Carroll Rollins.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Sept. 1 at His Vineyard, conducted by Dr. Keith Kelly.
