Voting opens Monday at 7 p.m. for the GreerNews.com Athlete of the Week.
Voting will remain open until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21. Voters can only cast one vote per device during the voting period.
Nominees for the week of October 12-18 are:
Zion Nunez, Greer football
Nunez had six receptions for 93 yards and two touchdowns in a 48-7 win over Wade Hampton.
Holden Powell, Blue Ridge football
Powell tossed for 229 yards and four touchdowns in Blue Ridge's 47-18 win over Wade Hampton.
AJ Smith, Byrnes girls golf
Smith shot a team-best 78 to help the Lady Rebels capture their first team region championship since 2020.
