Guinevere Corinne “Guin” Dyer Calnon, 83, passed away October 11, 2026.
A native of Owosso, Michigan, daughter of the late Wilbur Lavergne and Alice Brandon Richardson Dyer, she was a retired secretary for Bob Jones University and a member of Hampton Park Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband Dan Michael Calnon of the home; four children, Paul Michael Calnon (Brita) of Lawrence, Kansas, Angela Rose Calnon Mason (Jeremiah) of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, Jonathan Jack Calnon (Nanako) of Sendai, Japan, and Mark Richard Calnon; a daughter-in-law, Iris Calnon of Trenton, New Jersey; and seven grandchildren, Zoe Calnon, Kaitlyn Maddox, Eric Mason, Cole Mason, Jack Mason, Justin Calnon, and Jenny Calnon.
Mrs. Calnon was predeceased by a son, David Timothy Calnon and four sisters, Lynette Voung, Margaret Suri, Rosie Clough, and Valerie Gray.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 14 at Hampton Park Baptist Church conducted by Pastor Mike Cruice. Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 2:15 p.m. Oct. 14 at the church.
Pallbearers will be Paul Calnon, Jonathan Calnon, Mark Calnon, Jeremiah Mason, Eric Mason, Cole Mason, and Jack Mason.
The family will be at the home.
